We are beesy gearing up for the Second Annual Charity Buzz-Off, a friendly competition, which will support and help local charities in our community. The event will gather 3 teams (each Morning Buzz location), comprised of members of the Whatcom Young Professionals that will compete to raise money for their selected local charity.
Money from last year’s Buzz-Off raised over $5,200 that went to support Whatcom Hospice, Mother Baby Center, American Cancer Society, and the Wheelchair Warehouse.
You can help support our local community and have fun bowling by becoming a sponsor. Opportunities for sponsorship cost as little as $250. Your company’s commitment to the community will be showcased both by recognition at the event and in the Whatcom Young Professional’s marketing materials on the event.
If you are interested in playing in the tournament, simply let us or your Morning Buzz leader know! Remember, the tournament is only open to members. Not a member? How about a little incentive to get you to join the hippest networking group in town. New members that join at Buzz Off will receive a free 3 month ad on our website! If you bring a guest, you will get a ticket and be entered to win some fabulous prizes.
